When a full featured Motor Control Center is not cost effective a Custom Control Panel can provide a simple controls solution for smaller systems or equipment add ons.

WOOD SHAVINGS PLANT



LundellTech LLC provided a complete controls solution

consisting of a custom Motor Control Center along with a programmed PLC and HMI package.



WOOD SHAVINGS PLANT



LundellTech LLC provided a custom Motor Control Center for all the motors at a wood shavings manufacturing facility that are controlled with a multi HMI and PLC package programmed and commissioned by LundellTech LLC



WOOD Pelleting PLANT



LundellTech LLC provided a Controls Package to a Wood Pelleting Facility consisting of Multiple HMI's and the pictured PLC to control the entire Wood Pelleting Process.



Sawdust Burner PLC Controls



An HMI/PLC control panel for controlling a sawdust fired bio-mass furnace.

Featuring accurately tuned PID control of both Dryer Outlet and Burner Combustion chamber temperatures.

LundellTech LLC provided PLC and Touchscreen programming for a wood pelleting customer.



Custom UL508A panel



LundellTech LLC provides custom UL508A certified control panels for many Industries including Wood Shavings,Wood Pelleting, Hemp Processing and Bakery Waste processing.

LundellTech LLC provided design,programming and delivery of this Turn Key Wood Pelleting Control System.

This system features 5 HMI's and a single PLC programmed to run the entire wood pelleting facility.

Properly tuned PID loops are essential to any industrial dehydrating system.

LundellTech LLC provides control panels that are tuned on site during process activity to ensure automatic control of your system, to protect your products integrity and allow plant personal time to attend other duties.



Auto sequencing



With over 25 years of on site hands on experience LundellTech LLC has seen the benefits of what proper interlocking and sequencing can do for plant up time.

That experience is included in every pre-programmed panel we build.
